Nice work, stance is perfect. I've often thought of the same gen Blazer (or eXtreme) done like that or a V8 swap.

pictures of my converted 2114 done, its on the truck and it started right up.

also picked up a 7668 turbonetics, so i will be making a new spacer to convert from t3 to t4 flange. shouldnt run out of turbo now...

picked up a treadstone cc1235 last week too, its a much larger intercooler.

also working on a deal for a built 8.5 that will probably go in when it warms up.

Re: 97 s10 turbo 4.3 build.

This makes me want to get off my butt and finish my project.

What injector harness did you use for the conversion?

Also curious about some of the sensors on the stock intake manifold:
What mods did you do to get the MAP sensor to work with the 2114? What happened to the stock EVAP purge solenoid?

i used the stock harness in the truck and repined it for the 411 pcm, had to run a couple extra wires too.

the map sensor connects with some vacuum line on a nipple with some zip ties to make sure it doesnt blow off. i used the port ment for the brake booster so its tucked away real nicely.

i deleted all evap equipment off the truck. the tank vents to atmosphere. codes are turned off in the pcm via hptuners.

winter plans include, a 2114 converted intake, a 7268 turbo, and a much larger intercooler.
oh! and an 8.5 rearend, the 7.5 wont last with the 60 foots the truck will probably make with the new converter and trans. looking for low 11's high 10's next year i hope.
What are the specs. on your suspension ?

Never posted this here. Went 10.93@122 1.57 60' on 23lbs. Already pulled the 4.3 and going turbo 5.3 with the a pt88, the same 4l80e with a d3 trans brake. The 4.3 was great but I know it's going to get expensive if I stay with it, not that it already wasnt. Lol.

Re: 97 s10 turbo 4.3 build.

oh damn. when did you put in two more pistons? from red headed step child to ?????? 2 gen cousin that goes to the gym. lol.

10sec pass was with the 4.3? did you blow it up? or pull it after you did a 10sec pass?

super awesome. good job.

Re: 97 s10 turbo 4.3 build.

LoL. I went 10's with the 4.3. It didn't blow up, pulled it running and all. No noises or anything.

The 2114 was pretty straight forward I thought. I bought the intake premade already though that someone took off their truck, and I also swapped from a marine intake.
