Damn, pretty cheap too. wonder how good they are. 4" is 3" to us, and thats perfect to me. may have to bite on this.

Your never going to get a 4" drop with the stock spring mount locations. My 3" Belltech are practically flat that lowered my Sy 1.5".

Re: 4" lowering springs

Lowering springs apparently confuse me.
I just always assumed 2" would drop it 2".
I bought a set of 2" to drop my ass end down a little bit and now it appears from research and browsing that I am going to be lucky if it drops 1/2" let alone 2".

It's because our trtuck has approx 2" drop springs from factory. The spring manufacturers always list the drop from a regular S-10 spring.

Re: 4" lowering springs

sytys have the same factory drop as any ZQ8 or xtreme 1.5" so these springs will drop a syty 2.5"

So in other words (for me at least), I need to throw the ones I have on Craigslist and buy the ones mentioned above in order to get the results that I want of dropping the ass end of the truck, right?

Re: 4" lowering springs

^ I am not sure i follow, but if it does drop a regular s-10 4"s, then we should see a 3" drop after they have fully broken in. We have factory de-arched springs but after years of sitting, you could see as much as 3" of drop from a factory s-10 spring. That being said, a spring with that much fatigue has failed and should be replaced. So from a brand new set of Syclone springs, you should expect 3" of drop. (remembering every truck is different)

I know this is a little bit old, but has anybody tried these out yet? Collecting suspension parts for mine now and am tempted to buy these, but I have never heard of the brand before.
