Sorry all...didn't get a chance to get the rig out of the garage and into daylight this weekend to get other pics. 3 other cars in various state of repair to move out of the way, before I can get the typhoon out. Will work on it tomorrow.

Hello, I am interested in your Typhoon. If you still have it please send me an E-Mail at xxthisisntzackxx@aol.com so I can ask you more about it.

Thank you!

Updated with interior, more exterior, and some underhood pics. I did not vacuum the carpets, or wash the car. It covered in dust from winter storage. I took it down the road last night, and everything seemed in check.

A few things I did remember, that I had not mentioned. The rear latch needs about 396 pushes of the glass release latch by the glovebox to get the glass to pop; most likely alignment, and an easy fix.

The high / low beam switch is iffy. It works all the time, but you really need to cram it towards you. I personally never get out of low beam, because I like the look of the fog lights and headlights on at the same time.....which brings me to the fogs.

They are brand new, one hunts worms. One hunts raccoons. Have not aligned them yet.

The front of the hood has stone chips, as show in in a pic below, and I forget it I mentioned the peak of the hood has paint burned off from a crappy polishing job by a useless local detailer.

The rust on the tailgate seam is shown below. If I keep the truck, I will absolutely source a new tailgate. It does not show from the outside, just when you open it. Cosmetic, but its the only rust to be found, and it would be nice to have it gone.

That's about it. I'll change the oil this evening (Mobil1 5W30 always), and if nobody would like it, I'll throw plugs, wires, cap rotor, fuel filter, and a tranny fluid change at it in a few weeks, and enjoy it for another summer.

Batter me with any questions you've got.

EDIT.....

Forgot. Comes with the factory keyless entry FOB, and fully functioning factory alarm system. The unlock button really needs some force to get the car to unlock, but as I found last night, it DOES work properly, and not disarming the alarm before turning the key WILL trigger the alarm. Pretty cool to see 20 year old electronics like that still working.

Pics of the childseat restraint brackets I welded in. Again....apologize for a not-vacuumed pic.

Price drop to $6,500, and I will be installing a very low mileage 1992 Typhoon rear end this week I got from dgoodhue, to get rid of the whine on deceleration I described on the first page.

I'd really like to sell the truck versus storing it for another winter.

Truckless. For now.

Darn. I didn't see "accepting gutless Subaru's" as trades.  Good luck with the sale. It's a good looking truck.
