Man.... Well this has gone right straight to hell on the express elevator :roll: . OOOOOkkk.... I'm going to run through this one more time AND I'm not going to use any bad words, just as I have not done in any of the posts. I am going to be very adult and business like, I would appreciate it if you / all concerned would do the same and drop the language, attitude related stuff. It's not needed or tolerated :tup: .
First off, if MY sig.... James R. Thomas or JT is not on your receipt or whatever you have there, I didn't sign for it. Who is Apano? My apologies but I don't see how a "James Thomas" is confused with a "Apano"? I don't know of anyone by that name so once again... I HAVE NOT SIGNED FOR OR RECEIVED THE BOXES. Plain and simple, no bad words required.
So, other than the info that shows as of right this minute on the USPS web site:

This is ALL THAT I CAN SEE OR CONFIRM FROM MY SIDE! Please feel free to click the links and put your VH numbers in and you can see what I see. I have asked and asked and asked for you to VERIFY and SEND TO ME THE INFO if you have it but I get nothing in the way of proof showing that I HAVE received the boxes or that you have my signture receiving the boxes. For that matter, as of today I still have no actual proof that you sent anything because what I have verifies nothing on my side (major part of this problem)? You don't respond except every month or so and when you do it's with attitude, you don't try to be a good seller etc. etc. so what AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?
Look at my feed back not only here but on E-bay and the other boards I'm on... that says most if not all right there. Ask any of the fellas on here that I have done business with, one or two had a slow box that went out, one or two had a slow box coming into me but never anything even close to this mess! I HAVE NEVER SHAFTED ANY ONE ... PERIOD! Even when I travel and am away for extended periods I not only let people know what is going on by phone (I have even called several members of this fourm and others from other countries at my expense to follow up on the parts I sent to them making sure all was ok!), PM or e-mail but also check in here at least every week or so to follow up or along and I have posted pubicly that I am traveling or away! What happend to you? Is your life that busy?
So have you been stranded out hunting for another month and can't follow up or even log in like you mentioned in that one PM months ago (still have them if you need to jog your memory)? If you go back to the very first post of this thread and your F/S thread I have been nothing but nice, business like and more than tolerant in that I didn't want YOU TO GET STUCK OUT AND ASKED (dare I say pleaded?) MANY MANY TIMES FOR YOU TO FILE THE LOSS CLAIM TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND I. I have even asked some of the fellas not to pass judgment to fast till we figure this out.
Ok, you say that you have a receiept with some guy named Apano (nice Hawaiian name) on it (not THOMAS). I'll ask again, HAVE YOU FILED A LOSS CLAIM? Simple yes or no will do. After all this the other members and I get a bad attitude, curse words and let's not forget the real friendly personal insults you put out above, when your the one who doesn't respond or log in to follow up even though you know damn good and well there is a problem that requires your attention or say anything other than "I SAID THIS, I DID THAT, I HAVE THIS" and bad words.
Oh by the way young man, I do live in a very very real part of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and if you don't believe me then I will be more than happy to post photos of the 3rd Marine Division War Memorial that honors our AMERICANS who fought and died here during WWII, including my uncle who is buried here. As a retired Vet, I really don't need a bad attitude and BS comments from some young hot head who has never been much of anywhere in his life yet. Believe it or not the 48 states is actully real real small compared to the rest of the world (Minnesota even smaller) and I saw more of it by age 28 then you will likely ever see in your entire life. Enough of that.
I think we can and should continue this in a proper adult manor with out the bad language, attitude and personal comments or I will kindly suggest that the admin lock this thread if it's not going to be adult and productive. Ball's in your court man..... back too business and facts or more claims and BS comments... your call. I'm willing if you are but no more childish garbage :tup: ?
