First off, I'm sorry to have to post in public but due to no communication, being over two month's and Master Cards dispute time limits, I don't have any other choice.

I have not had a reply from you via PM, your e-mail address appears to be bad / not working because all of the e-mail's I have sent trying to contact you are returned "undeliverable"and I have tried to call you many times on your cell but there is never any anwser and you PM box is STILL FULL and you haven't logged on in over 3 weeks.

It's over two month's now since I paid you on 9/20/07 for the items & 9/22/07 for the shipping and still no turbo or exhaust and no word from you on the tracking or a refund as I requested. I'm sorry but I have to contact my bank and start the charge back process for the $300 and I want you to refund the other $95 for the shipping from my paypal account. I hate to do this but you don't leave me much choice due to the lack of communication and the time limits involved.

If the boxes ever show up or are "found" some where I will still take the turbo and the exhaust and happily re-send the funds to you. it's the best I can do since this is now time sensitive and I can't get a hold of you. No ill actions intended and I hope you can understand :roll: . Call me and tell me you got into with the GF and went on a bender but that we can work this out :rotf: ? Just let me know somthing.

bull shit 2 months i just talked to you a couple weeks ago ive called the post office and went down there after we talked and all they said is that it was delivered i tried calling you back a couple times and left a message and i know it was just a couple weeks ago because they were charging me international rates on my cell phone and i looked into it

Ive also faxed you all the numbers ,, have gone out of my way to go to the post office 4 times because your recieving is f%$#ed up ive faxed the numbers twice i should have just let the shit sit in the garage and collect more dust

Im sorry man but i think ive done more then my part everything else i sold was recieved no problem

Shoot the numbers to me if you don't care. I work for the USPS and I can run the numbers tomorrow morning and track stuff the general public can't see. If it was insured for over $200, I can even get a print out with the persons name and signature that received it. Don't know you too well but I know James and have conducted business with him and have never had any issues. Just trying to help clear this all up without being biased :tup:.

You're welcome. The green tag should be a delivery confirmation number. The 2976-A is a customs declaration form so it only pertains to the customs officials. The insured numbers are what I needed and I will do some checking in the morning with the numbers you provided and let you know what I find out. Anything over $200 USD requires a signature so this should be pretty cut and dry.

Hold the phone! First off I'm not trying to make anyone look bad, quite the opposite (I even apologized for having to post in public since I have not been able to contact you READ FIRST POST).

Second I live in the USA, ZIP 96950 (outside the 48 I know but still the US just like Alaska & Hawaii) and US area code 670 (international requires dialing 011 first) so if your phone company is charging you international, your getting incorrectly billed and I don't have voice mail (just ask any of the guys here on the board that call me) so it's not possible to leave me a message on my cell phone.

Third and no offence but I'm not using bad words with you so I don't understand the BS comment below. Were not shooting the breeze at the bar, this is a business transaction so act like it. I am. You haven't logged in for weeks and that's about how long it's been since I did talk to you last and told you there was a problem. Have you contacted me since then via PM or E-mail? So, who ever told you it was signed for (by me anyway) has told you wrong, you should complain about that and since I paid for insurance on the boxes, they need to prove it. I'm in Japan on business again right now and had my parts manager check my personal box this morning, still no boxes. It is over $200 and yes you did give me a good deal (but only if I ever get the boxes?), no argument but that's not the point or even close. Your hard to get a hold of, have been off the board for weeks and your e-mail keeps coming back to me. Put your self in my shoes, what would you do? I'm not mad at you at all, just trying to get in contact with you (or maybe some one here on the board that knows you would let you know to contact me! )I told you on the phone something was way wrong three weeks ago and that YOU WOULD HAVE TO GO DOWN IN PERSON TO FILE THE LOST CLAIM, a phone call or three ain’t gonna do it, not for USPS, UPS or FED-X, they don't file claims over the phone... period and some one behind the counter saying it was delivered doesn't mean much if it was delivered to Timbuk Three and signed for by Donald Duck. Look Grant, I am not mad at you in the least :tup: ! I figured you were busy and like I said above, I am just trying to contact you and to let you know that there is still a problem and the boxes have NOT arrived contrary to what you were told. If they still insist that they were delivered then they have to prove the signature and I can assure you that it's not mine..... which means there is still a problem, plain and simple. Ok, I might be able to clear this up a LITTLE bit. VH695681492US is legit BUT you sent the item parcel post. Very bad idea (4-6 weeks when we aren't in the middle of a holiday season). VH363551904US is not legit. No-one has signed for these packages and only one shows valid shipping data. I think they are bogged down in the system because of the way you sent them. Parcel post gets NO priority during the holiday peak period. This is only a guess but I bet the packages show up (at least the one) o/a 15 Dec 07.

Hey T, thanks for the detective work, much appreciated :tup: . So I'm not crazy and the boxes have not arrived / been delivered to me. Even though I paid for the higher Priority Mail rate just to avoid these problems (with insurance), I guess that didn't happen. Not a major issue in it's self other than one box not being a valid shipment. Mistakes happen, especially when / if someone else is sent to ship anything. The problem is the one invalid box and the parcel delivery time. Like you said 4-6 weeks in a perfect world to most area's but parcel to us out here regularly is 2-3 months because it goes via surface container shipping (by boat) past San Fran to Honolulu, then to Midway, Sand Island and all the other little stops to Guam. Then it sits in Guam until they have a full container to go to Saipan. If it ever shows up, it will prolly be Jan. / Feb. at this time of the year (Holiday's kill it for sure!) :tdown: .

So like I said, if it ever get's here I will happily re-send the funds to you and no hard feelings :tup: . In the mean time, due to the time constraints and the invalid box issue we both need to follow up, communicate and file for the claim / refund to cover ourselves. if you need me to give a non-delivery statment to help you get your refund or what ever you may need help with, just let me know.

That's not necessary. His local Station Manager (or Postmaster depending on the locality size) can see the box (possibly boxes BUT at this point, it is only ONE box so far as the USPS is concerned) are in the system but unclaimed. Any loss or damage claim over $50 will be submitted to St. Louis for investigation. Once it is determined the USPS is at fault, the payment will be issued. Be forewarned, they don't move very quick on this unless the sender has all his documentation AND ducks in a row. If I am provided a good insurance number for the second box, I will check into it too. Better yet, he should post a digital pic of your receipt and I can contact his local post office manager and grease the skids so this goes a bit smoother + I can see which window clerk assisted him and validate the labels in his automated unit. This is the very reason I dissuade all my customers from ever using parcel post.

Houston, we have a problem! When packages are accepted, the additional service numbers are scanned into the postal system. Proof of that action is that the number is reflected on the automated receipt you get at the conclusion of the transaction. If VH 363 551 904 US is on the same receipt you have from the USPS when you sent the other package, I will personally send you $100 and the entire board is my witness so how about posting a pic of the receipt for all to see. You have now sparked my keen interest.
