Hold the phone! First off I'm not trying to make anyone look bad, quite the opposite (I even apologized for having to post in public since I have not been able to contact you READ FIRST POST).
Second I live in the USA, ZIP 96950 (outside the 48 I know but still the US just like Alaska & Hawaii) and US area code 670 (international requires dialing 011 first) so if your phone company is charging you international, your getting incorrectly billed and I don't have voice mail (just ask any of the guys here on the board that call me) so it's not possible to leave me a message on my cell phone.
Third and no offence but I'm not using bad words with you so I don't understand the BS comment below. Were not shooting the breeze at the bar, this is a business transaction so act like it. I am. You haven't logged in for weeks and that's about how long it's been since I did talk to you last and told you there was a problem. Have you contacted me since then via PM or E-mail? No (sorry the message thing didn't work, like I said I don't even have voice mail, I hate them). I even commented about being busy and the GF crack trying to lighten up, so what gives with the bad attitude?

So, who ever told you it was signed for (by me anyway) has told you wrong, you should complain about that and since I paid for insurance on the boxes, they need to prove it. I'm in Japan on business again right now and had my parts manager check my personal box this morning, still no boxes. It is over $200 and yes you did give me a good deal (but only if I ever get the boxes?), no argument but that's not the point or even close. Your hard to get a hold of, have been off the board for weeks and your e-mail keeps coming back to me. Put your self in my shoes, what would you do? I'm not mad at you at all, just trying to get in contact with you (or maybe some one here on the board that knows you would let you know to contact me! )I told you on the phone something was way wrong three weeks ago and that YOU WOULD HAVE TO GO DOWN IN PERSON TO FILE THE LOST CLAIM, a phone call or three ain’t gonna do it, not for USPS, UPS or FED-X, they don't file claims over the phone... period and some one behind the counter saying it was delivered doesn't mean much if it was delivered to Timbuk Three and signed for by Donald Duck. Tell me if the below is incorrect?

I have several more failed returns but I don't see the need to post them since they are the same.
Look Grant, I am not mad at you in the least :tup: ! I figured you were busy and like I said above, I am just trying to contact you and to let you know that there is still a problem and the boxes have NOT arrived contrary to what you were told. If they still insist that they were delivered then they have to prove the signature and I can assure you that it's not mine..... which means there is still a problem, plain and simple. Nothing more, nothing less and no bad attitude on my part at all. I didn't mention dog house, looser, cheat or any of that because I didn't feel or think that was the case at all. All I said was "Problem, no boxes. Please contact me."
Now what would you like to do from here? This is one of the e-mails I sent that was returned.

Either way, it's over 30 days undelivered and now considered lost according to postal regs. This is time sensitive now so please forward my refund back through paypal (you can just do a refund in paypal back to my credit card) soon as possible. And file your claim ASAP to get your money also but like I said, it's now a time sensitive issue so don't mess around. I know your busy but this can't wait for either of us.
