Re: neon srt4 intercooler? That intercooler is thick, SRT4 folks are running them with Stage 3 cars around/upto 360+ hp and 20-22psi without issues. BUT, alot of the "big guns" switch out for a bigger intercooler. I think it would be worth a try, esp. for free
