Pump gas, china VS racing turbo, 11 psi , 12 deg. timing , bone stock motor, 400whp. He stopped there for the time being cuz the fuel system was already maxed out.

Checking torque can be tricky. If the bolt was at 80 it might take more than 85 to get the bolt moving again because of friction. Thats why when retorqueing is done the fastener is normally backed off completely and its supposed to be a one shot pull to desired torque...

40 hp is 40hp on any nitrous kit. It has nothing to do with the engine size.
If you just need to get up on boost use a hobbs switch to turn the kit off .
I have an 80shot setup on a 4.3 that turns off at 9 psi and runs 15 psi once it lit up. Cant even feel it shut off.

Everyone I have seen trying to pass always had to run very low timing and very lean.
AT 2500 the turbo is all ready spooling isnt it. AT this point it will be adding some fuel.
