You didn't say what rpm it would stall to. If it is between 2200 to 2400 it probably means it is still the stock converter. The stock converter is rated at 1800 rpm. For a 61 turbo you probably need 2800 stall. That means boosting on the brake you should be getting to 3200 to 3300 rpm. I...
