depends on your other mods,i think a pte 52 is a good street turbo,can get into the 11s with just about stock stuff with a good tune

35r or a 67 gtq, with the supporting modifications, should get you in the mid-low 11s.
"supporting modifications" will include injectors, fuel pump, converter, getting it tuned, and quite probably a rebuilt trans.
I'd highly recommend getting it running well stock first, otherwise adding mods will be like throwing money into a campfire.
*EDIT* - and sticky drag radials, and probably a new front propshaft.
