What a day!

Special thanks to Joe and Christina Keller for their hard work and generous hospitality as they hosted a regional SyTy cookout today at their home. It was nice to put faces to names and meet some new folks, see some old friends and learn to play corn hole (or whatever it's called). On top of all that, Jeff Scott treated me to a ride in his ridiculously WILD twin turbo'd Typhoon. In the course of 4 miles, we boost launched 5 times.....and that doesn't count the twin 14' tracks he decorated Joe's driveway with.

Had a great time and plan to host one here in the future. Ya'll take care and thanks again for a fun filled day.

Jeffs Ty is pretty neato. It launches hard.

Re: What a day!

Great times as usual. Wish I could have stayed longer. It was nice driving the truck and having 0 issues. I even did a couple of launches when I was closer to home, and nothing broke.

Thanks Joe for letting us come by and hang out. Glad to see everyone again and some for the first time.

Glad to finally meet TNPhoon, I have missed you due to timing at every other cruise in I have gone to.

Re: What a day!

We had a blast and throughly enjoyed getting to see old friends along with meeting new ones. LIke it was said in an earlier post...it is always fun putting faces to names. Though I do have to say I'm bummed since I didn't get my JS autograph. I can't wait until the next get together.

Re: What a day!

Thanks again Joe, i honestly didn't come down to start a war with your neighbors, do a dukes of hazard jump across the ditch with the trailer, come within inches of getting 57ft of shit stuck blocking the road, o and Cristina said you still need to trim the trees, I did try to help.

The black marks in driveway, Jason made me do it. It wasn't me.

Thanks again everybody, if I didn't get an autograph for you, next time I will try to extend the session longer.

Got home at 2am last night, slept in some this morning.

Re: What a day!

Don't worry Jimmy, you were there in spirit!

Some stuff accomplished with this get together....

I think we convinced Jamie & Holli that they need another Syclone. :syty:

Got to see a Aspen Ty & a Royal Ty parked beside eachother all day!

Had the first ever SyTy beanbag toss championship!

We got Rob to get his Typhoon out and take it for a drive.

Got to watch some crazy guy get his Harley stuck in a ditch.

Decorated my driveway with nice long black marks that oddly enough are the exact same width as Jeff's tires. :dunno:

Blocked my entire street, trimmed 19 bradford pear trees, left a 1" deep gouge in the asphalt, dug a giant tire rut in somebody elses yard, jumped a ditch with a 50+ foot long rig and pissed off my neighbor.....all at the same time! :headbange:

Great brakes + NO back seat = Imprented red mark the exact shape of the roll cage in Shaun's 1Lap Ty into your chest. :banghead:

Re: What a day!

I really need to get mine lowered a few inches. Compared to everyone else's, mine looks like its ready to go off-roading.
