Wanted, pics of modified steering stops

My ZR1 (17x9.5 & 17x11) wheels finally came in and I want to get them on, but rather than grind down the control arm I want to extend the steering stops. I was thinking about welding a piece of either square or round tube onto each stop on each side of the control arm.

I was just curious as to what some of you guys did, and if you would share a pic, to see if i'm on the right track.

X2 I want a set, but I didnt know it required mods to install...

I just welded it up and ground it down some to clean it up..
