To everyone that sent payments already. I picked up most of the parts today and the rest **should** be in tomorrow. I will make it to the post office with what I have tomorrow and the rest that is paid for will be out by wednesday. Some of the parts are getting hard to come by for some reason or another so it took a little longer for my guy to get them.

I got enough parts today to get some kits out finally.
John Gerber, Jonathan Bippus and Sean Colgan yours are in the mail. Mike(kraus) I hope to have your kit out tomorrow as long as your striker comes in.
I am still waiting for a few payments I believe.
Sorry again guys for saying these would be out and they weren't I just can't help parts not showing up when they should. My parts guy does everything he can but sometimes it doesn't work out on time.
I will have at least 1 kit leftover so if anyone is interested let me know.
Jason, Like I said as soon as I get your handle,striker and gaskets it will be off in the mail.

So is the left hand hinge for the drivers side & vice versa?
Also I got 2 large metal washers.
When I removed my old hinges these washers were nowhere to be found. It looks to me like they go between the gasket & the hinge & provide a larger clamping surface when everything is tightened up.
So now with these washers installed the window is very tight when closing and before I installed these, I would push the hatch button it would pop right open. Now I have to apply inward pressure on the handle then press the latch button to get it to release.
I tried without the washers & it works like it did before with the old hinges, pops right open.
When these washers are installed they push the top of the glass up tighter against the top of the seal.
Hmmm, not sure what to do.

To be honest you were the only one not to want the washers and my parts guy didnt want to keep just two from a pack of 10 so I sent them out anyways.
I am not so sure about the washers though. I think you have them in the correct place. I can try to get over to a buddies to check out their ty and see what is going on. Maybe someone else can chime in. Might need adjustment somewhere in the latch now?

Do I owe anyone else parts still? I hate to ask like this but I have been busy and parts have not come in on time so things are messed up. Please post/pm or email me if you dont have something you need so I can finally get all this done.
