What chip are you running? Mods?
Different intercooler? Your intake temps never get much over 100, but never less than 90-ish.

Is there a wide-band in use, or no?

If your stock o2 is there, it doesn't appear to be working.

He had code59 V18 I believe. I did the initial tune for him, had some knock issues I didn't think were associated with AFR. At time he had the stock vacuum line plastic, suggested that get replaced.

Has a WB, PLX I believe, hence why stock o2 data isn't there.

Jeff is correct, I do have code59 V18. At this time the only things that are not stock are plx wb, 3 bar map, code 59, walbro 255 fp, and afpr. I have a bunch of parts I want to put on my truck. But I am not going to change anything until I get this knock retard corrected. I hope you guys can help me find the problem. Oh yes I have also replaced all of the vacuum lines so I should be ok there now.

Today I did the bicycle tube test. I found out that I do have a vacuum leak. I am not sure but it looks like it is leaking at the bottom of the throttle body or the vacuum port at the bottom of the throttle body. I am guessing that this is causing the spark retard. Would this be a correct assumption?

Many trucks have a leak at the throttle body shaft. I dont think that would be the likely source of your knock problem. How bad is the leak?

I have a List of Common Causes & Solutions for Knock that might be worth a look.

Have you tried race gas? Does it knock revving in neutral at a standstill?

The air was not leaking from the shaft. It was coming either from the gasket or the vacuum port but it is at the bottom of the throttle body. It only has spark retard when it is under boost. I have only used 93 oct. and not race gas.

There is a nipple at the front bottom of the throttle body (near the nipple coming off the bottom of the Upper intake manifold), that connects to a charcoal canister hose leading to the driver's front corner near the horn. Is yours connected?

Yes that hose is connected. I did take that hose loose the hose loose and inspect to make sure it was ok. Also when I replaced the hose I made sure and put a cable tie on it. I will replace the gasket this weekend. To see if that is bad.

You are right Tooky it is leaking from the shaft. I replaced the gasket and I think it did help a little but not much. I put the bicycle tube back on after replacing the gasket and it takes about 3 sec. for the air to leak out. That seems like a lot to me. I have not checked out the fuel lines or tried racing fuel yet. I guess those will be next.

Tried racing fuel today. I mixed 5 gal. or 100oct. with the approx. 5 gal 93 oct that was in the tank. That made very little differance.
