trans line at radiator question

Is the fitting that goes into the radiator cooler for the trans the same size as the fuel lines that come into and exit the fuel filter? If they are it's a 5/16 right?

The fuel filter lines should be a 3/8 o-ring and the trans cooler is a 5/16 inverted flare fitting.
