4709 would be 47th week of 2009.

I'm not sure if they changed to four digits after 2000, but seems correct to me

Thanks. I gots some old-ass tires on this truck.

Which is weird because the truck is WELL worn, but the tires are not (Firestone Firehawks). (One went flat with no "visible" puncture")

I am pretty sure firehawks have been discontinued since I bought my Sy in 2001, so all the oem tires are going to be old.
