t4 turbo swap guys.

i tried searching...... i heard there is a spacer that bolts to the factory turbo flange on the manifold the converts it to a t4 pattern. where can i find one of these?

is the flange on the stock pipes a t3? i was told it was a mitsubishy flange. and i don't know, thats why i'm asking.
