Last weekend was the annual Lane Automotive car show. The weather was fantastic, there were over 1,600 vehicles on display, and there was plenty to do. Our little community was represented by a few fellow SyTy'ers (epix, dalwine, UR50SLO, aproctor, and myself).

There is a link in there to some of the pictures from the event. There is a picture of epix (Pete) in there driving his Typhoon while on the phone. I dont know if anyone there got any pictures, but if you do please post them up!
I entered their dyno challenge for the hell of it. I was on the alternate list because their slots were filled up almost immdiately when they opened the event. I got on around 11AM and made my three pulls. My first pull was running my street tune, which is the same one I ran at the dyno the previous Saturday. After that pull, I upped the boost a couple pounds, made a pull, and got out of it right away because it was missing and too fat. I made my last pull. I was happy that I didn't break anything, and made my way back to the show. My best pull was 555RWHP/798RWTQ.
Towards the end of the day, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had won my division - the other two boosted gas trucks were disqualified because they were leaking oil all over the dyno! We'll take a win any way we can get it!
All in all, we had a good time visiting with each other. The event was a hoot, and I cant wait until the next event. I will post a link to the dyno video once its uploaded properly.
