In case you didnt hear this before, we are changing to 2wd.

Ok i realize sycho and probably a few others might not have understood what i meant.
especially since sycho just got himself a front row seat to watch the shittalkin that he thinks is about to begin.
so: After my wreck i changed the frame to a 2wd frame. As an original owner I never thought i would ever ever ever (for emphasis) change to a rear wheel drive only platform.
Since any one who is 2wd only doesnt want to hear the "but its not a real... syty bsht" i figured since i now am one of the syty imposter types i can say it to others in a lighthearted way.
and with that said, heres what we are doing.
complete backhalf from firewall back, 4 link, 9 inch, 25 whatever cert, 33 inch on beadlocks, no tubbing required as the side and tailgate skins will be attached to the tubeframe so there are no inner bedsides or bed floor, bars out the back so i dont loose sight of the horizon on launch thru the 330. At this point the 3 skins are off and the back half is cut off. no pics but mikes truck looks pretty similar to what the final product will look and run like. (except for the unknown tire carrying distance lol )

not at all ed!! i love your truck and it dosent matter to me v6 v8 awd 2 wd 700 or 4l80. as long as it says "syclone on the side of it... its good to me. what an owner does to their truck is up to them and in my eyes it will always be a syclone. :tup: i just appreciate veiwing the hard work it takes to get these trucks to go as fast as you are!! i myself have just started a rebuild on a 13k mile typhoon and have caught greif over some of the changes that i plan to make, you know what... doest matter. but it is fun to hear some freindly smack talk every once in a while:lol:
