suspension redo from wreck and age

hey guys my truck was smashed in the back and i need new leafs so, i figure might as well redo the suspension a little because i get noise and vibration in the floor board up front too.

what is the best set up for the price as far as springs,shocks,and the funky noises in front go? i also wanted to even out the truck so i belive i would have to lower the back 2 inches? lowering blocks?
will a sway bar be a problem whith a lowered truck?
which ones and where to purchase!

Avoid the blocks. If you're replacing things, get the BellTech lowered leaf springs. No need for blocks, and it will lower the rear 2". Search the forums for the P/N.
