Whats the easiest way avoiding construction on I-94 from Addison to Telegraph? Can I take 696 the whole way?

As for food.....it is supposed to be near 90 so blah.... I hate heat! I was going to to pizza but that just sounds nasty now. We are really close to a lot of fast food so that isn't a problem.

I will have 5 coolers on hand with pop in them. If anyone wants to bring something to contribute that is cool but you don't have to.

I will also have a table of munchies (non perishable) for sharing - chips, cookies, crackers.....that type of deal.

Anyone want to give my Bro a ride in a Ty/Sy? He has been in the GN dozens of times but I can't roll his eyes back into his head like you AWD boys can :)

Wade,

Good deal. I will not prep him at all on the incredible launch he will be given. He has never been in the GN with slicks on so this should be an experience for him.

As of this moment we are on for the gathering tomorrow (noon-5). The weather looks like it will be on the warm side but no rain. Here is the forecast as of now:

Saturday
Mostly sunny through early afternoon...then partly sunny. Highs 83 to 87. Light northeast winds until around noon... becoming light east.

Hope to see lots of trucks today :)

Weather looks good if a bit on the warm side.

I will have pop/water and munchies on hand. There are quite a few places to get food along the strip we are on as well as an icecream cone place :)

Chelsea is exit 159 off of I-94

Was planning on making it, but the Ty is down for now.

Take lots of pics, so I can show my truck what it missed.

I'm probably going to be leaving here shortly in something rented. Most likely a U-haul... But at least I'll be there :D

Well, it was a wicked cool show. The cars that GM Heritage brought out were amazing. That turbo Beretta that showed up was awesome. And John Gerber gave me a ride in his Ty :D :D :D
Overall I think there were five Typhoons and one Syclone, along with 2 TTAs and numerous turbo Buicks.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the show (especially those who came from out of state and far away in-state). Much thanks to Kevin for bringing out the 3 heritage cars and letting me give tours of the inside of his rig :)

Was it hot enough for everyone?

Just wanted to say that I had a great time....and thanks to Bill and Wade for setting up the meet....sorry I had to leave early.

Oh, by the way, congrats to Timbo for becoming a S.T.O.R.M member, now all you need is your truck here!
