Smaller battery pics?

I am looking to put my air filter right at my turbo. However, I really do not want to relocate my battery if at all possible. I would rather see if I could squeeze it in by using a smaller battery on the stock battery tray. Anybody have any pics of this done? (if its even possible). If so, which battery did you use?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Smaller battery pics?

Will a 3in cone filter fit in there with that Odessey battery? If so, how would you secure it to the tray/truck? And will I have any problems just dropping it in and attaching it to the existing cables? Pancakes- yours looks great, but I don't want to redo all of that wiring if I do not have to.

Re: Smaller battery pics?

I haven't taken any pictures yet, but I put the 680 in with the k&n cone filter. I cut a piece of a foam kneepad the size of the battery and put it in front of the battery and secured that. Then the filter is a tight fit to the back of the battery. I know " worthless w/o pics " I'll try...Jim

Here was my set up. The odyssey didn't prove to be very reliable and I eventually installed a full sized battery box in the bed - No issues since.
