I talked to the seller/business and the lowest they will take is $15k.
If you look at it a little more it has definitely been painted and the rear wing looks weird. The tailgate has a grey stripe on the bottom, which no typhoons have. The interior looks hacked up also.

You can zoom in on that spoiler. Passenger side, it looks like it might have been fiberglassed in and its cracking.
Also looks like the cladding color was painted under the cladding. And maybe rust on the tailgate.
The drivers side rear corner is also cracked.
Rough truck.

it is pretty rough as far as the body goes. Its clearly had a lot of paint work done before, the bottom of the tailgate has been painted silver, as well as behind the corner cladding. There are missing rivets on the left side of the rear bumper cover, it looks like there could be a light dent above the right tail light, hard to tell.

I ****ing love this truck.Some rich guy (the original owner) in Dallas sold me the stock rims and centercaps off this truck for $100,and he paid shipping.
