Rolling Meadows show Friday night

I tried to get a small group of SyTyer's out to this weekly show last summer w/o luck. If we can get only a FEW trucks to this show it'd be worth it. It is usually a good show with a nice regular turnout for one held weekly. It is near Golf Rd (58) and Algonquin (62) in the parking lot of Meijers; 1301 Meijer Dr. Rolling Meadows IL 60008. I know it is a little late but, if some of use close by plan to attend I'll plan to make it. It normally gets going as early as 4:30 or so and goes until 8-9pm. I would plan to arrive around 5 so we can grab some spots and park together. Post up if you think you can make it. Weather.com shows high 70's for Friday with no more darn rain.

I dont get home from work till 6:30 and probably wouldn't make it there till 7. But id be going just to check things out anyway.

I am shooting for around the same time. See you there. PM me if you need some directions. It shouldn't be bad if your coming up North via 355. It's SB 53/290/355 that is bad.

Ok it look like we may have 3 Ty's...sweet. I will bring a chair or two to "reserve" some spots. When you enter the show go to the left and look for my White/Grey Ty. I'll try to get a space with room so others can find us easily. See you tomorrow. My cell just in case 312-231-0930

What a great night for the show....prolly around 300 cars total and a packed lot by 6:30 pm. Thanks to those who made it out with out w/o your Sy Ty. As always the love us owr community for these things is nice and meeting new fellow enthusists is fun and always super friendly to talk to. Michael with his sweet 29K Ty with 315's on slightly widened factory rims....ans he is also a proud original owner. Two owners of Red and Grey Ty form the area stoped by to chat with us...hello Mike and Isreal. Jay and his family broght their super sweet Buick T-type and Brandon brought out his equally nice sleeper S-10. Want to know? Ask him. I will post up another invite to this show in the next few weeks as this one runs weekly until the first week in October and I'll be at NATS X next week. If you have never been to this one it is a lot of fun with new and old cars for everyone to enjoy.

Jay, I think you were leaving right as I was pulling in. I was talking to steve and he was describing your car and it was the one I was behind that was pulling out of a spot as I came in

I wish i could have made it Nats this year. Funding is a little short, and i have way to much work to catch up on. If they are still hosting the shows through Septemer/October I'm sure i will see you up there.
