Rear window sqeak

I am going to replace the hinges on the rear window of my ty. I found these part numbers,

2-Gaskets GM#15653564 ~$1.94

but want to know if there is a difference between the hinges with the air deflector vs. without.

air deflector is the hinges for the little spoiler i think
