since these trucks come from the factory (well, PAS) with a floor shifter, do they use the steering column for a 5spd?

and is there a shift indicator in the gauge cluster?

they dont have a 5spd and y would the 5spd shifter be on the column?

i think he's getting at since, the auto is not on the colum, obvisouly it doesn't use the normal auto colum, it uses a regular s-series standard tranny colum

and since its not using the standard column, where is the indicator.

because I want to convert my El Camino to a floor shifter and the El Camino forum has a bunch of differnt ideas on how to do it, so I wanted to see how the pros did it at PAS
