Precision PTE turbine turbo blanket

Does anyone know which turbo blanket
will fit the Precision PTE turbine housing
T3 or T4 ??

I spoke to a turbo blanket company and they
said that a T3 will not cover this turbine i am
still looking if maybe a T4 will do the job
my RPM cooler sits very close to the turbine
housing and may sent of a lot of heat ..
