I am officially registered to run the purple sy on pinks all out in palm beach international raceway.:tup:

I'm kinda excited about it and so is the wife. Its also my youngest sons b-day so hes even more excited.

Looking for F.A.S.T pit crew members....anyone wanna have fun?

I gotta a lot of tweakin to do on the sy.....but it will be worth it.
I don't care if i win...i'm just doing it just to say......I was on the show pinks and made a pass.

Hell!.....might even get the sy on tv. :dunno:

For those of us who haven't watched an entire episode of "Pinks"....do you actually have to put up your pink slip, or is that left only for the races that get on the air?

Pinks all out is heads up racing. They let all 450 cars race, put them into time catagory's. Then they pick the catagory to go to the main feature for the moola. There is no title loosing in pinks all out.

It really depends on how many 11 sec or 12 sec cars show up. They tend to pick whatever catagory is the largest.

However, You're taking a notorious vehicle known to be a "jackstand w*ore" to race it wide open for 10,000 & probably some MAC or Snap On tools :?: What'cha thinkin'???

Hope to see it on the tube! Let us all know when it will be aired! My neighbour was on pinks all out, with a '96 VW beetle, BBC! We only saw him for 4 sec. of air time over the course of the whole show. I hope thats not the case with you. Good luck! Thanks for getting a SYTY on there too!!

Why doesn't Mrs Harmon saddle up and take a truck too??? Or is only 1 running?

PBIR is a gorgeous facility! I was down there last month racing and that place is awesome! They've made great imptovements since it was MOROSO Motorsports Park.

Good luck getting on the show :tup: it would be awesome to see a purple Sy on TV... :lol: Maybe if they don't pick your ET class they'll let you make a few laps around their killer road course!

Make sure that whoever registered the truck is the one driving it because the will not let you drive it if it wasn't you.

My buddy was going to let his wife run the Buick, but he registered the car, and that's who races it.

Also, don't believe the rumors you hear in the pits as to the et they are going to pick. When we went to the gains one, the rumor was 10.0 class. They picked the 12.0 :roll:

Idk if I'm going yet. I know our local group has been talking about taking a few of our project cars. Ill get back to you. ;)

Mine IS running just on its last legs:rotf: I will be starting the rebuild the beginning of next year when Harmon gets the new shop done:tup: The ty is running but the axles arent :rotf:

So cool of all of you to support Harmon, he is going to need it!
