Give me a minute. I posted incorrect info. I thought it was a complete set. I have just a display left but you should be able to pull a sensor from the boneyard for around 5 bucks. Pics coming over in a second. Heres is a pic of the display,

What the heck, I have never seen a over head consol with a display on the first gens. Are you guys installing ones from 2nd gens or what?

I've had it with these things. They don't "work". They turn on, and make numbers, but that's about it. The temperature reads real close when you first start the truck (if it's been sitting overnight). But then it never changes. The Compass isn't close enough to rely on if you were lost and needed to know what direction you were traveling. Typically it's at least one Cardinal point off. And yes, I've done the calibrate.

I've had three of them. They have all acted the same: Useless. There's a lot of work to run the wires to it and the sensor. Took me most of a day to install mine. Based on three-of-three failures, I won't do it again.

Dave I know you are one of the most knowlegeable guys out there but I did want to ask if you wired it up to the drac as well. I remember when I was looking at it you needed to tie into the DRAC. It would take me a while to find the post on the s-10 boards but I could still find where someone else did it...
