Hello and Greetings to all!! I'm a proud owner of two Typhoons both are 92's I purchased my first one off Ebay and new I was taking a big gamble for two reasons... 1st it was an Ebay purchase 2nd it was at the coast. To this day I still feel like a won the lotto with that one. I don't know much about the build on it at all other than I know its a mild build.. turbo has been upgraded and I'm guessing some internals due to having ARP studs every where but I could be wrong. One thing for sure is its fast! Ive yet to take it to the track to get some runs in but I'm planning on doing that in the next couple weeks.. Ill be posting pics soon. As far as my 2nd Ty goes well its been a headache from the get go. I purchased it off Craigslist here in town not far from me from a one owner. I've always been mechanically inclined and I new the truck had some issues before I purchased it, just I wasn't expecting all of what's been going on... in a very small nut shell it failed Oregon emission and I took it to a shop a friend recommended and that didn't last long, the mechanic there looked at it for 45 min and gave up, Since than, I have done all the work. I want to go on and on but I first wanted to introduce myself and bring anyone interested a little up to date. I will be posting some questions I have very soon, I'm still trying to learn how to read the DataMaster program
I hope to make some good friends here on the site and would like to hopefully meet up with some other SyTy owners in the Portland/Metro Oregon area.

P.S. Sorry to any people I annoyed with PM when I first became a member I could not post anywhere at all

Thanks for the Greetings guys, Rite now I'm living in Gresham, Ive seen a few Typhoons and Syclones driving around town. Does any one recall if there has ever been a SyTy event here in Oregon? If not..even if so it would be awesome to organize one in the near future? How does one go about donating to the site? Is PayPal excepted? I'm sure theres a forum on it and ill check on it.

Welcome, multiple Tys here too

There addictive haha kidding but not really..Ive always been a SyTy enthusiast but ever since becoming a owner Ive been hooked on learning and working on em. How many do you own Captain Morgan? I met a guy on Ebay who claims he once had like 8-9 Typhoons cant recall if it was all at once or just through the years. Either way, I believed him..

See signature. Technically I have a 4th one, but its mostly in pieces at this point. Not sure about the guy on eBay, but there have been a few people with legit collections of these things, plus more than a couple casual owners who have just collected them over the years. There was a guy in St Louis area who was said the have 1 Ty in every color combination not including the Radars or Raspberries.

Priceless

And the guy in Reno that had about 50 of each including 3 Marlboros, the PPG, and 16 TTA's. All in the same room. Most of them were piles that the owner paid too much for, but what else is news?

My personal "high water mark" was 3 Sy's and 1 Ty at the same time, all drivable, in 2013. I've since come to my senses and its down to one of each.

Yup, I was at his dealership a couple months ago. He has a couple of Syclones in pieces and a couples Ty's. Those were at his dealership, I was told he had a lot more in his storage.

Back in the late 90's we had some Oregon gatherings. Not much since then though.
