Need help identifying chip

I have a chip I know nothing about,it was taken out of a Ty. it has a white sticker on it on left side of sitcker it has c above v1 right side has 10 all in black ink pen. if anyone can help me as to what this is I would appreciate it. Thanks!

is it possible to get a picture?

the only "commercial" type chip that I can think would have a "C" on it would be a Conley chip.

Past that it could be someones custom chip, who knows.
