Went to New England Dragway on Friday 10/10. Made a best pass of 11.8 @ 111 mph.
The 11.8 pass was with a 1.63 60ft time, ran 7.2 at 94 mph in the 1/8 then on the top end the torque converter was slipping badly so it wasnt putting the power down.
So here we go again, rip the trans out and put a 10" non lock up converter in, then a bigger turbo.
All in all it wasnt a bad trip to the track, truck launched great, nice and straight, hardly anymore weight transfer truck stays almost completly level when launching. I'm hoping for some high 1.5 60' times with the new converter.
So another year past and gone without a better run than my 11.6 run.
