My tys first time at Bandimere

A couple months ago my bro ran my ty at test and tune at Bandimere speedway in Co. His best time was a 14.1 at 93 mph. He beat a modded srt 10 wich was great. Im am jus wondering if you guys think my et should be lower or not. I know bandis in high altitude wich sucks and i have saw stock tys run i low 15s and even a sy with upgraded turbo run 13.7 here . My bro swears we can get it in high 13s without turning up the chip. My ty is not stock but the stg chip was on the lowest setting. Need datamaster to log it before i can turn up the chip. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

can be done , the truck has to be running good . if your not experiancing knock , with good high octane gas and a little more boost . it should run faster . this high altitude play's havoc with the tunes and way are trucks would run normly>sp ... at sea level everybody has difficalties >sp even with good running trucks .

You gotta defeat the first gear boost limiter and have a good 60' for agood timeslip.

what is a good 60 foot time I believe mine was 1.7 but I have to double check

I assume that's your truck in your avatar? What size rims you running? Bigger rims = more rotational mass = more oomph needed to get your truck down the track. And like everyone mentioned, make sure it's running right before upping anything. :tup:

Yes that's my ty in the avatar N there 18 in z06 motorsport rims but I had my stocks on at bandi when ran. In process of buying cable N downloading datamaster before I turn up the stg thanks for the concern we would all hate to see another ty not running.

The stock chip has a boost limit flag on the first WOT run.Drive around the waterbox,stop,go WOT,boom,flag defeated.

That and a good boost launch is how a bone stock 4400 mile Ty went 13.45
