Michigan meet in August - Milan

Any interest in getting together / racing out at Milan, maybe BBQ as well?

Which is a good weekend in August?
We have to schedule this before or after Woodward

Anyone familiar with Milan , picnic areas nearby? , track schedules on the weekends, etc?


Lets gets some ideas, I'd like to get some plans started.

I would definitely be in. Only thing stopping me is I will be in Florida for 2 weeks in August.

Hopefully whatever weekend you pick will work for me.

This would be very cool for me, since I haven't seen a Sy/Ty up close, and I've been here for 3 years! LOL

Count me in, I am up for Woodward as well.

I think Milan would be closer to you than the last meet since you are coming from the south. Do a mapquest for milan, mi.

Hey Eric Brenner, don't know if you remember me or not, we had talked in the past (about 4 yrs ago actually LOL) and you had some interest in a Syclone that I had for sale. I lived in Coldwater, MI.

Anyway, just saw your name up and thought I'd say hey! Looks like you hadn't gotten ahold of a Sy yet.

Hey Pete! I think I may have seen your Ty over there... is it a Black/Black?? My Girlfriend lives there (Sturgis) and was driving through town and saw a black Ty and was pointing at it to her saying "I used to have a truck like that only a pickup". She lived at the Loughton (spelling??) estates in the building that had a fire in April. I was born and raised in Coldwater but actually live in Angola, IN about 20 min. south of Coldwater... 40 min. from you.

Yea, ive been to Coldwater a few times in the Ty to watch a movie or two. Also went to the Coldwater Car show out at the fairgrounds this year.

Nope not yet. Haven't had the cash then, and still don't have it now! :( Good to see your still lurking around. Been awhile since I have talked to you. You still got your Firehawk?

I had never gotten a Firehawk, I've always wanted one but never got it. Sold the Sy to build a house (wasn't worth it LOL) 3 years ago. Hadn't had anything since. Just been messing with drag racing snowmobiles. But I did just pick up a '68 Camaro roller. Needs a lot of work. Hopfully it drives again in a few years!
