Leaky vacuum lines for temp. controls

I can hear a hissing sound constantly while I'm driving comming from behind the temperature controls. I pulled it apart and found which one was leaking but can't seem to make it stop. Have any of you had this problem, and what did you do to fix it? Any help would be great

it only makes noise while its off? if so move the vent one up just a cu*t hair. it should stop. my blazer does the same thing. i think you have to change the fitting that the lines go into. best bet go to the bone yard and cut one out. then chnage it over.
