Hose missing??? Can someone ID Please

I checked the manual and looked for other pictures, but I can't tell.
Can someone tell me if there is supposed to be a hose on this.

Kai, I think your good. no hose. Some corvettes use that I believe. My trucks don't have the hose.

That's strange, it's connected on my Sy.. But not my Ty. What does that hose do? Then again.. My Sy is pretty much stock. Still curious what it does?

They circulate engine coolant through the throttle body to keep it warm so ice does not develop in the throttle blade area that would prevent the throttle from closing. This can happen in low ambient temperatures in light load (highway cruising) conditions.

In the SyTy turbocharged application, intake air is warmed when compressed by the turbocharger.

I've seen some SyTy throttle bodies where the nipples aren't even drilled. They're solid.

Im in Hawaii where there is no cold. Maybe thats why it is not hooked up.
