help me plan my build

goal is high 11's low 12s. trying to keep it as cheap as possible. looking to convert to e85 over winter, so no meth needed.

current:
stock block 92 ty
stock tranny
rpm stage 1 turbo
downpipe back 3" exhaust(stock downpipe)
aem tru boost
plx wideband
turbotweak chip
afpr
walboro pump

have:
vortec heads (http://www.syty.net/forums/showthread.php?t=99272)

need to figure out what i need:
injectors(currently using stock, with converting to e85 i know i'll need MUCH larger, thinking 80's?)
cam (no clue what to go with)
turbo(is mine big enough)
depending on turbo-> converter(still stock)
other parts for head swap? (studs, rockers, pushrods, guides, lifters, springs) no clue what to go with
remap turbotweak chip(im sure eric will be able to take care of this part once i figure out what im doing as a whole)

im sure i'll have to rebuilt tranny at some point, 80e seems out of price range right now, but who knows, i guess it depends how long stocker lasts

looking to keep stock short block, but havent done compression test, so i really don't know how solid it is, need to get to this.

anything im missing from this list? I'd love opinions. pm me if you wanna see datamaster files.

sorry for all the questions, i've done a lot of searching, and i know a lot has changed over the years. I've only really done bolt on stuff previously, while i understand how it all works, i've never actually pulled an engine apart.

You will need a bigger turbo to run those times. If you not afraid to run high boost, the cheapest/easiest way is bigger turbo (something like pte6262), 3" downpipe and higher stall torque converter. No need to swap heads/cam to run those times.

The stock trans isn't going to last long on low 12/high 11 build. I didn't even bother with truck to run the stock trans once I upgraded the turbo.
