Hello everyone!
I am from Shreveport, Louisiana. I just purchased a syclone, I'll have to check on the VIN to see what number. I got a great deal on the truck because it had a burnt piston so in a short amount of time I should have her up and running again. Anyway I have always wanted a syclone or typhoon but being a teenager with no money that never happend. Now we all grow up and some of us get the toys we wanted as children. I bought the truck to flip but it is just calling me to rebuild it and have fun for awhile. My first vehicle was a 91 s10 blazer with a 355 sbc swap. I real never let go.... I still want a typhoon but hey I have a syclone so I'll make the best of it. Idk I'm just a
huge fan of the typhoon more. I guess because of my first ride.
Anyway hello again everyone!

Re: Hello!

Regarding the flipping statement....we see it on here more that we'd like to with the end result of a truck torn into pieces with parts lost or placed into a box and never getting put back together correctly only to be sold in worse condition than was started.

This sucks. I am determined to do it right. I am labeling wires and baggin bolts. :D. I just finished two Lsx swap novas so i have all the other projects out of my way. Its so tempting to yank that tiny ass turbo off of there and go bigger and forged. IM DEBATING.

Re: Hello!

That's some bad ass work man! Did the garage too! What you using for welder(s)?

I use a lincoln flux core for fast simple work ( what i learned on). Then I thought myself to tig with a harbor freight unit. BUT then i wanted to weld aluminium so I bought a Miller diversion 165 and absolutely love it!!!! If you can weld aluminium you can make money  I love doing lil jobs for all the kids and adults around here. My biggest pride so far is that 5.3 turbo nova because i welded everything on that car and also installed megasquirt and its very powerful!!! Hope it makes close to what the fairmont in the last pics made. 602rwhp!!!

Yep that her!!! I bought it off Parish and the guys a while back. Unfortunately I wrecked it..... Saddest day of my life and it took a good while to fix it back up. I hit a pine tree. It just got away from me on a shitty road and I hate it. But on the positive I got it back together and went
11.129@ 123.25mph on 8psi pump gas. I only made 4 passes and this was the fastest. I havent ever made it back to the track to run race gas, but im sure this it still has 9s in it.

you can see the roundness of the tree
