gremlins again

well once again my ty runs like shit. i can get in it start it up and drive for a bit and it runs good. i shut it off and come back and it won't idle it misses, coughs sputters and won't pull itself. if i take it out on the high and run it for a bit it smooths back out a lot. but during the coughing and missing it gets like five miles a gallon. any suggestions or ideas? i was thinking maybe something was getting heat soaked like my coil or something

See if your oil smells like gas.Is it setting any codes?

code 44 and i do notice a little gas smell to my oil.

Pull the vacuum line off of the FPR.If there is gas in it,you need a new FPR.

well no fuel in my vacum lines, but i pulled a couple of plugs and it looks like a they are all fouling out, i think it's in my ignition like my coil

i put my fp guage on and the fp is good with the ignition on and motor off but i start the motor the needle bounces back and forth between 32 and 42lbs of pressure really quick. suppose this means i toasted another injector?
