Good SyTy mechanic near Milwaukee

A friend of mine owns Sy 156 and a Typhoon. The Sy has a blown engine, while the Ty has a bad transmission. He asked if I would be able to swap the Ty engine into the Sy for him, however I've been fairly busy at work and don't have time to do it. I told him I'd look for a good local person to do it, and he said its no problem. If anyone is willing to take on this task PM me and I can send his name and number, he said that he has transporting the trucks taken care of. Very upfront and honest person, he owns a large precast company in Random Lake.

How soon is your friend wanting to get this done? Are both trucks stock? I could possibly help just not exactly sure how soon I could do it. Got my sy and my dads trailer and a car of my dads at my work so I need to clean up a little before bringing more

I would check tomoro to see what I would charge to swap them over but I guess it kinda depends on what your friend all wants to do also.

If it could wait a couple weeks I might be able to do something for him I'm just not sure I could do it really soon.

It would be a heck of a lot cheaper if it wasn't stock way too much junk in the way on a stock truck!

Both trucks are bone stock, neither is a DD so it's not a must-get done issue. I'll PM his info to you so you can contact him directly.
