Now, an explanation:

In the Sportmachines Registry, for several years, I have been getting the CarFax report for as many of the trucks as I can. Using these reports, I've been able to get the most recent state that CarFax reports. The above page simple makes a nice little drawing of the number of trucks in each state, as reported by CarFax.

I currently have the CarFax reports for only 750 of the trucks, but that number grows daily.

California wins and loses at the same time. It's really a shame that with so many trucks in this state, that there are not bigger turn-outs for any of the gatherings. Whether it is Dowd's, used to be Milford's, Hot August Nights and the SoCal gathering with Scott.

Is there a way to find out who's trucks you are counting for what state? I know theres a lot more SyTy's here, and I know of 2 Sonoma GT's (1 is on this site Super-GT). It would be cool if we could click on the state and it shows us a listing of who's trucks you have. And I can just imagine a stack of 750 carfax's sitting on your desk.

yes, simply chose to ignore that part (That and I think my truck is going to show up in Michigan or New York, not sure where it was last serviced . It went from New York to Michigan for about 6 months, then came to NH. )

I'm still working out a couple of bugs. I thought I had it hammered out before I put the page public, but it looks like I still need to work out a couple bugs. Tonight or tomorrow.

Is there a way to find out who's trucks you are counting for what state? I know theres a lot more SyTy's here, and I know of 2 Sonoma GT's (1 is on this site Super-GT). It would be cool if we could click on the state and it shows us a listing of who's trucks you have.

The map is based on the trucks that I have done the CarFax reports for. These aren't necessarily trucks that we know the owner of. After all, I'm doing CarFax reports for all the build folders that I'm scanning and entering into the database. If you want to see other owners that in your state, simply click here. I like the idea of clicking on the state, but there will be some disconnect as the map shows the trucks that we have CarFax, whether or not we know the owner. The owner search shows owners that we know, regardless of whether we have the CarFax. Thus, the numbers won't even come close to matching.

Get with Gary Shannock for the FL trucks. He has a database of over 100 accounted for trucks.

If you look up and to the right, there are some magic words. Look carefully for one that starts with letter T. Can you say T?

I added Alaska and Hawaii. They are listed in the bottom left corner.

I also fixed the bug for Florida.
