front diff locker

after reading thru multiple threads i have yet to hear a straight forward answer to wether the powertrax locker for the front diff is a wise choice for a street truck. is there anybody out there that is running this on a regularily driven sy/ty with good/bad results. please let me know what you are experiencing.
