First run in years with a best of 12.778

Friday I went up to WI and Great Lakes Dragway with Sean, Mark, Fred, and of few others to get a little track time in before winter storage. I haven't been to a track since the early 90's, and need some more seat time. That said, first run was 12.912, second 12.778, and run 3 was 12.827. 60' times 1.7 & 18's, with trap speeds at 102 & 103. To say I was pleased, is an understatement. Mods are in my sig, but 12's on 160K, with stock air box, DP, 20G with E85? Dang!!

Huge thanks to Sean Krupa, Rich, and Mark for all their help working, wrenching, tuning, and motivating me to keep working on my Typhoon. This truck would not be were it is today w/o them.

Glad to be a part of it Steve. My goal was to finally have you enjoy your truck the way it should be. Those times really impressed me for such little Mods and miles. :tup: Hope this gets you more motivated to get that Big boy Motor and Turbo ready to swap in!! Great job again Steve!

Nice! Maybe some day E85 will be brought to this ugly, boring town so I can try it. Best we get is watered down 92 octane crap

I forgot about this, I was driving back from work in milwaukee too.... looks like you hadid a good time and truck ran good....

E85 is a wonderful fuel. Pretty easy to tune and lets you get more aggressive with the Tune! I'm sure Steve and I can get more out of his truck, still has more Timing to go, but We'll see what's the next stage :tup:
