I assume it to be stock bottom end, heads, and cam. I suppose you can get a little more picky regarding intake and such, but it seems the stock heads and cam are the big limiters on performance potential.
For my interest, I would like to know the fastest time with stock bottom end, heads, and cam.
Syclone#1531 - your sig says 11.40 stock LB. That is impressive.

Yep, if mine would of hooked and got a 1.5 60 ft. It would've went 11.0s or the magic 10.99. mine was very similar to phil longs.

Is there a spot on this website where people could list 13,12,11,10,9,8 second combos, and exactly what they did to get there for everyone's knowledge and one could look and see, "if I want to work towards a certain thing, this is what it takes etc etc. maybe It exists and I missed it, I'm just wondering...

Tuning and driving experience play a huge part in any forced induction car. So combo XYZ will net different results for different people.
Below is a sticky'd thread about which parts will support certain ETs. I'm not sure if the file is still available. I have it on my harddrive, if you would like a copy, i can email.

Although old it's well written. I won't judge the accuracy one way or the other. The only comment, which I've never made before, is that I disagree with his comment on this page of the link:

Compressed air coming out of a turbocharger is typically hundreds of degrees *F (I would guess 200-400*F), typical IA Temp readings are between 30*F-170*F depending heavily on whether the truck has stock EGR (which causes very hot manifolds), or if it has alcohol injection (which dramatically lowers IA Temps). I believe this is just the temperature reading of the manifold metal itself."
IMHO IAT readings -are- accurate and make big difference on performance.

Agreed, I was mainly wondering if such a document existed, I've been on a few other websites were they list times and supporting mods. I realize cars and drivers are different but could still be interesting reading. I love the power tune plus one, I find myself reading that one all the time.

Technically, a "long block" constitutes everything from the bottom end, up to the heads and cam. A short block would consist of the bottom end, block, crank, rods, pistons.
