The blocks are in correct. I thought the leafs were.. With the truck in the air and no weight on the rear end it sits center in the wheel well. On the ground they show as the picture below.

The rear hangers are pushed back a good bit as well which, if they were straight the wheels might actually sit center. The shocks are bottomed out as well.

The leafs have been out of the truck for about 2 months while I got time to paint everything and remove those bastard factory bushings. This wasn't like this when I took them out..

Whats going on here? Does the right need to go on the left, and left on the right with the same front/back?

I think you have the leafs reversed. If I remember correctly the bolt in the middle that holds everything together is not in the center of the leafs. Normally when you lower our trucks with blocks the wheels end up forward in the wheel well. Measure from the bushing to the bolt on the leafs from front and back and you will see its not centered. swap sides and you should be good.

I just remember that when I put in my beltech leafs they were marked "front" and "back". Total brain fart, you don't need to swap sides, you just need to spin them around 180 degrees on both sides. The shorter side goes forward if I remember cforrectly.

what about the shocks bottoming out? When I put the blocks in last year they didn't sit that low..

The rear is back too
far so it closed the distance between the shock's mounting points.

It took a lot of time with degreaser and a putty knife to get a lot of the old stuff off and ready for the por15.

next time rent a hot water power washer, turn the burner all the way to max it will gut through grease quick even melts the undercoat
