I have been asked if you are suppose to use the extra bracket that comes with the Energy Suspension Transmission Mount when installing one of my adapters. The answer is YES. The mount is a 2 piece design and when tightened together the plate compresses into the mount for support. Without it the mount could vibrate apart over time. I learned this when installing mine, I contacted them and that is what they told me.
