This is pretty much the last chance to run up here. There's an Oct. 4 TNT scheduled, but that's almost always a cancel for weather.

There's a Friday Night T-N-T, 4-7PM on the 26th

$2500 payout Jackpot, Sat 27th.

Regular Brackets, 28th.

Plan to go with the GN for most of the weekend. We'll probably do some passes on Friday to work the kinks out of things, then Sat/Sunday probably too.

Forecast looks ok, but you'll want to check before you go.

Friday is $30 T-n-T. The ricers usually come out to play. Too bad they can't go later.
There's more noise from Beet trucks than there would be from us.

Saturday is the usual time-trials, and jackpot, although they generally let you run test runs if you sneak up there.

Sunday is the usual Sunday brackets, King of the Track finals.

Rates are on their web site, I think. Depends on the class you get into.

Supposed to be Sunny and 67 on Sat... great racing weather.

Is the Ty road-worthy?

If my friend at work isn't dirt racing I can use his trailer and bring the ty down. I'm starting to get some peices together as I am going to go ls-1 swap.So the ty might be coming aprt this winter. If I can't get the trailer will come down in one of the foreign vehicles in the driveway ( Tacoma/Rav-4) and I'll bring some Canadian beers.

Weather scared Dad away for tonight... I still wouldn't be opposed to going out there to hang out.
Either that, or I'll try to get the guide plates back on the Sy.

Lotta rain fell... still pretty soupy downtown. Radar looks clear to the west, but it's been brewing these things up in a heartbeat.

Boy, those who missed today missed a helluva track day.
Weather was perfect, mid 40s in the AM, and upper 60s-70s in the afternoon. High Baro, and low humiditiy.

Not to mention, the track was hooking like crazy.

GN ran an 11.74@112 with a 1.61 60. By far, the best that it's run. Ran 3-4 runs in the 11.74 -11.77 range, all with 1.6x 60s.

Hopefully, the weather holds out for tomorrow.

I woke up a 5 a.m, looked at the weather it was 32'f or something cold like that, went back to bed. I didn't fell all that great, that friggen cold that everybody at work has, I think I have it. Woke up, did some work in the garage, had a couple rum/cokes, felt alot better. I might head up to Gimli dragways on sunday, see how I feel.

That always does it for me, too.

Sunday here wasn't as good, was pretty windy so they shut it down to 1/8 mile.
Ran a 7.39 with a 1.59 60 foot.

If you guys decide to go next week for the Street-legal event, check the wind before you go. If it's more than 15 MPH and out of the south, they'll probably be doing 1/8 mile.

Weather looks good for saturday, though.

Ya missed the October one, too. Both good run days.

Tail end of April they usually have a T-N-T day, but it's been a rain-out 7 of the last 8 years or so.
That'll be your next chance...
