I have a very good feeling that he setup an automatic bid to run the auction up to "x" amount. An auto bidder won the auction last time for less then $1400.00.... "Shorthand" his reserve wasn't met.

I bid 1,000.00 last auction and someone outbid me last second. Contacted him and got the same answers..."last guy flaked on me". I think 1,000.00 is all its worth considering the age of build and unknow status. I'm not even going to waste my time this go around.
