did my first boost launch in 9 years

sad but true, I haven't driven #0180 since December 2006 and that was on expired tags. Today, I took #0292 (green/gray aka Rusty) to work in preparation for Operation Sawzall. Since its the only truck I've bought recently that actually runs, I felt I needed to do some boost launches, the brakes in the truck are shot so I couldn't hold much power, but she took off like a rocket once it spooled up.

Unfortunately on the fourth launch, I blew the ****ing exhaust off from the cat back, so that ended my fun for the moment, I parked it in the shop for now, going to get it up on the lift and see how bad this chassis really is, more pics coming later.

Looks like you're one good boost launch away from launching the body right off the frame! lol

This is a new take on the post Hood (I believe it was him) did on how he made his syclone lightweight. Must be the typhoon version of that idea.

I boost launched my truck so many times, and broke so many built transmissions, that I'd really love to boost launch mine again, just one last time.

But it's gone.

That will buff out!!
no it wont, i swear it wont
This thread gave me tetanus.
I was thinking "TETNUS" would have been a good plate for this truck, but Id have to spell it like that because there is no way Im putting "ANUS" on a license plate.
car lift only, jack stands no worky on this one j/k
I was worried it was going to fold in half when I picked it up

So I didnt notice until later today, that at some point this truck had a trailer hitch on it, after I found the 4-prong trailer connector stuffed up on the frame
