Did a couple things for aesthetics today on my raggedy old truck.Replaced the faded wiper arms with shiny new ones.Brand new passenger tail light for the cracked one.Put in new door seals to lose the 14 year old ones.Nothing major,but every little bit helps.

I'm doing the Johnny Cash thing....One piece at a time.......Paint is next.

Any progress is good progress! Little stuff like the door seals will make quite the difference, and it's noticable right away. Just this past weekend we did our drivers side window motor, and now the thing will shear your arm off! Glad to hear that the truck is looking better:tup:

I hear ya on the details. The other day, I got into my truck and when I turned around to back out, I felt something touch my head. I was expecting some sort of creature to be there but it was in fact, SyTy-itis. The headliner was drooping pretty good. Time for a new one. Also, my driver door sags so I need to get new bushings and pins and the weatherstripping at the bottom of the window is pretty well done. Damn, I also keep forgetting to go get mirror glue. Damn rearview mirror 'removed' itself. haha Anyway, semi-rant over. Time to go spend some money so I can fix it.

Just spent $40 on torsion bar bushing mounts. Didn't make it any faster but it sure is quiter on corners now
