Hey all,

I gotta buddy that is making his way out to California here in a week or so that has a few sets of these killer wheels... I am going to get a set and that leaves one to two sets available..

These wheels usually sell for stupid money in great condition, let alone brand new... And you usually have to buy two sets of factory wheels (17" and 18" combo) to get either the desired 17" or 18" rim size and then sell the left over set..

These look killer on SyTy's and the 18" wheels are super light at 18.5 pounds each.. These wheels were made by Speed line of Italy for GM..

This would be for a set of four 18" x 9.5" (+65mm offset = 7.81" backspace). I don't think they come with center caps though..

He is looking for 1K obo a set plus shipping..

Let me know if anyone is interested and I'll have him bring them out...

I would have to do some digging, but quick figuring... You would need to run one in the back but not in the front.. There are some guys running them, let me see what they are doing..

As for color, they come in a nice goldish/silverish color.. I will be inspecting all the wheels and passing on the perfect ones to whoever else buys a set as I will be looking to possibly widen a couple in the future..

If you decide you want to widen those wheels, make sure the company knows what the heck they are doing. Magnesium isn't something to play with.

I actually have some magnesium filler metal for welding. It is a TIG welding filler metal I have about 10 3 foot lenghts

Rears need a spacer. About 25-30mm. (mine is about 27mm at least thats what it measured) I havent got the 18's on the front yet. I will have them on soon but I would assume a 10mm spacer will be needed.

This is the only photo i currently have. The truck is on blocks getting suspension and brake upgrades. Ill try to get more photos when I'm done, but it will be a while. The fronts are 17's rear 18's. I have a pair of 18's for the front in the mail and should be here tomorrow. And i will be powder coating them flat black when i get around to it.

I ran the 17 front without spacers and the 18's rear with a 1" spacer. (No rear block yet installed on rear)

I've test fitted my 18's and I think any spacer on the front will make the wheel sit outside the cladding. There is gonna be a rubbing issue with the upper control arm though for sure. I was gonna add to the steering stops and just deal with the cut down turning radius.

I read that the C4 Corvette Callaway Magnesium wheel had issues with becoming brittle after ~10 years. Is that an issue with the c5 magnesium wheels?
